Semi-Chibi

Starting at $50+ USD per character

By default, these are static sprites with no animation. But I do offer simple animations for an extra fee.

Extra options:

• Eye and mouth animation +$3

• Arm/hand animation +$5 to $10
  
• Item/Other animation +$5 to $15
  
• Simple Stage Background +$15

If the character has a lot of detailing, I will raise the price $5-20 depending on the complexity. Detailed characters = more time I have to put into spriting.

What I consider detail:

• Patterned/printed clothing
  
• Tattoos
  
• Clothing with lots of lace, ribbons, frills, embellishments, belts, pockets, layers, jewelry, accessories, flowers, fluff trim etc.
  
• Armor
  
• Animal ears/tails (big/long)
  
• Long hair (almost as big as the character itself)
• Wings/extra appendages
  
• Extra items (Weapons, bags, toys, umbrellas, food etc.)
  
• Companion pets (if the pet is as big and/or detailed as a single character, they will be priced as a single character)

Limited Palette Chibi

Specifications:

• Max. canvas size: 286x288px
• Choose your own colour palette, or let me decide! Maximum 7 colours
  
• Includes simple pattern background and short text (You can also choose to opt out of this option if you don't want it)
• Detailed characters are ok, but will be simplified accordingly or may be charged with an added fee

• Eye and mouth animation +$3
• Simple twitchy animation (2-3 frames) +$5

Half-Body Visual Novel Sprite

Starting at $50+ USD per character

Specifications:

• Comes with one facial expression/facial animation (blinking eyes [total of 3 frames], talking mouth [total of 3 frames]) 
• .psd file with all the frames so you can customize facial animation on your own
• Detailed characters will be charged accordingly

Extra options:

• Additional facial expression/animation (blinking eyes [total of 3 frames], talking mouth [total of 3 frames])  +$3
• Simple twitchy animation (2-3 frames) +$5

Please let me know if you are commissioning a character that does not belong to you. Unless it is a gift for the owner and they allow for gift art, I would like to see that you have permission to commission their character.

If what you want is not listed here, or you have a question about what I have listed, just ask. I have the right to refuse your commission, if I feel uncomfortable with your request.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1. Once we have agreed on details regarding the commission, I will send you a rough sketch of the piece ASAP. (WIPS are not provided for icons)
   
   
2. Once I get an approval of the sketch, I will send an invoice through PayPal.
   
   
3. Payment is done through PayPal only and you must be the owner of the PayPal account.
   
   
4. If the invoice is not paid or you do not respond to my notes within 72hrs, the commission will be cancelled.
   
   
5. Once the invoice has been paid I will start cleaning/colouring. I can offer a partial payment service if you require it, please ask beforehand. For partial payment, the total of the commission must exceed $50 and 50% of the total must be made first. The remaining balance on the invoice must be paid before I can give you the finished sprite.
   
   
6. You may cancel your commission at any time during the sketching stage only. 
   Approval of the sketch and paying for the invoice means that you 100% want the commission completed and will not ask for a refund/charge back. 
   I do not do refunds once I have started cleaning/colouring, or after completion of the commission.
   So please take the time to look into your financial situation before deciding to commission me.
   
   
7. Do not rush me. Pixel art takes time, it can take me 1 week to 2 months to complete a commission depending on the complexity of a character and my schedule. I do not use any other tools other than the binary tool, (that means no brushes, smudging or blur tools) so each pixel is placed carefully and with care of colour count. WIPs will be given frequently, and you can ask for the status of your commission at any time. I will notify you if your commission will take longer than expected (past 2 months).
   
   
8. If you are not satisfied with the final product due to a mistake on my part (character details you provided that I missed), please let me know and I will make the necessary edits. If you did not provide the details prior to the payment, I will ask for an additional fee to make changes (especially if they are significantly big/require a lot of time to edit).
   
   
9. Final products are posted on my dA gallery, and I also stream commission work on my Picarto.tv channel sometimes. Please let me know if you want a private commission beforehand and do not want me posting your commission to my gallery, or streaming your commission.
   
   
10. Commissioned artwork from me is not to be used for profit in any way and is for the commissioners personal use only. Commissioned artwork is not to be used for commercial purposes.
    
    
11. Please do not edit, trace or claim commissioned artwork from me as your own. (Cropping/resizing to suit your needs is fine.)
    
    
12. You may post your commissioned artwork on any other site, with proper credit. The only exceptions are deviantart and twitter as I will be posting it.
    
    
13. Please save your commissioned artwork after you have received it onto your own storage.
