Okay so did some snooping around, thanks to everyones comments aha the blue thingies are antennae link Judith has an attachment specific to her called "Antennae Guard". In game it has a description, "Protects those important antennae. A must for any Krityan Lady."

Does anyone know what the blue thingies under her ears are?
I was asking Sumwheat, he thought they were hair accessories, but I thought they were like a part of her body like extra ears or something.
I swear they talked about it in game and I've forgotten...but I might just be imagining things and they were never explained??
